Why Compass Rose?
Compass Rose Academy is a Christian organization committed to enriching the lives of children and families through emotional healing, personal development, and spiritual growth.
Located in the Midwest, Compass Rose is designed to help teenage girls ages 14-18 and their families succeed at home and in life through both prevention services and a residential treatment center for troubled teen girls.
The residential treatment center works through our innovative Christian + Clinical approach to intensively redirect, rebuild, and restore young women who are suffering from problems with school, home, or family.
Admissions
We prefer discussing your daughter’s situation prior to submission of an application. If it is determined that she may be a good fit, you can continue with the application process online.

The Future of Compass Rose
At Compass Rose, we believe every girl who needs healing should feel supported on her journey. We are honored to fill the role we do for parents — to be that last hope when all else has failed. With the A PLACE TO GROW campaign, Compass Rose seeks to raise funds to build a new and entirely autonomous campus to serve more students and families. We believe, by changing the trajectory of one girl’s life, we have the opportunity to have a multigenerational impact. Click here to learn more about the A PLACE TO GROW campaign.
