Isther Miller serves as a Teacher at Compass Rose Academy. Prior to Compass Rose, Isther worked as an Adjunct Faculty for English at Ivy Tech Community College and previously taught at Christian high schools in India before moving to the US in 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education, a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in English, and a Master of Arts in English.

“I have always wanted to work with teenagers who are at the threshold of entering adulthood and help them connect their potential while encouraging them as they prepare for the world. Seeing them being successful in life is the most rewarding experience as a teacher. More importantly, the positive Christian work environment has been a blessing,” said Isther.

Isther and her husband, Ryan, have one daughter, Brontë, who is named after the Brontë sisters, who are some of Isther’s favorite authors. She speaks 3 languages, is a certified yoga instructor, and enjoys singing, panting, and writing poetry.
