Kara joined the Compass Rose team in 2021. She graduated in 2019 from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Child & Family Studies. Before joining CRA, she worked in outpatient case management at a community mental health center. Kara and her husband Nick currently live in Wabash with their mini goldendoodle, Roscoe. She enjoys watching Netflix, listening to podcasts, drinking cold coffee all year, and spending time with friends and family. Kara is passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and loved.
