As admissions and family engagement advisor, Kristi Rowles finds joy in supporting parents in the challenging process of placing a child in residential treatment. She was born and raised in Bradenton, Fla., and moved to Indiana to attend Anderson University, where she earned a B.A. in family science and youth leadership and development. She began working in residential care at age 15, assisting children with a range of struggles. She joined Compass Rose in January 2014 and is passionate about helping teens find their identities in Christ and reach their goals. Outside of work, Kristi and her husband love playing and watching sports, cooking, watching Netflix and traveling to Florida to visit family.
